Detailed Description
|
Leela Manasseh begins this workshop with a theological analysis of violence in relationships between men and women. She contrasts violence with what Christ has revealed to us about the power of God. Next, concrete experiences and responses to violence are explored, including examples from governments, churches, and individual men and women. In conclusion, men and women are called on to unmask the signs and sources of violence and become hope-givers through networking, partnership, prayer, and the power of blessing.
