Mimi Haddad begins by presenting three views of women, ontology and the implications for authority in the church. She then examines the influence of Greek thought and that of the early Church Fathers on this issue, followed by an historical look at womens leadership in the Early Church, during the Middle Ages, in the Reformation, and concludes with a look at egalitarians in the 1900s.
