Jeanne Porter discusses what we can learn about women and men leading together from the biblical texts that mention Priscilla and Aquila. She then presents several differences in the socialization of men and women to further an appreciation of the value and the dynamics of women and men partnering and working together. She uses examples from children's games to show how these differences lead to disparate communication styles, and to show how we can navigate the “cross-cultural” gender divide.
