Leadership and the Christian Woman
ROBERTA HESTENES (D.Min., Fuller Theological Seminary) served as president of Eastern University from 1987-1996, where she helped found Eastern's Center for Christian Women in Leadership and the Center for Organizational Excellence in World Missions. Since 1980 she has served on the board of directors for both World Vision USA and World Vision International, including seven years as Chair of the Board of World Vision International. She is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church (USA).

Developing Your Leadership Giftedness
ELIZABETH GLANVILLE (Ph.D., Fuller Theological Seminary) is director of doctoral studies and assistant professor of leadership at Fuller Theological Seminary's School of Intercultural Studies. She has also served as director of a training center for families home schooling their children, and a course writer, administrator, and director of Vineyard Bible Institute, where she helped develop a correspondence program for leaders in Vineyard churches around the world. Elizabeth is the coordinator of the Greater Los Angeles County Chapter of CBE.

MIMI HADDAD (Ph.D., University of Durham) is president of Christians for Biblical Equality (CBE). She is a founding member of the Gender and Evangelicals Study Group at the Evangelical Theological Society, and served as the convener of the Gender Issue Group for the 2004 Lausanne III Conference for World Evangelization.

Empowering Women as Leaders
ALISON WILKINSON is a part-time Methodist minister in Durham and Deerness Valley, where she has pastoral charge of two churches. She recently finished her Ph.D. in Christian Formation, assessing how women are formed in their discipleship and leadership. Alison is married to David and has two children.

FUNMI JOSEPHINE PARA-MALLAM is a Ford International Fellow at the University of Leeds. She specializes in gender and development at the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies in Kuru, Nigeria. Funmi's husband, Gideon, directs the Nigeria Fellowship of Evangelical Students.

MARY EVANS teaches Old Testament at London Bible College. She is the author of Woman in the Bible, contributed commentary on 1 and 2 Samuel for The New International Bible Commentary, and was a co-editor of The IVP Women's Bible Commentary.

MICHELE GUINNESS is a popular speaker and author in the United Kingdom. This lecture draws from her book, Woman—The Full Story: A Dynamic Celebration of Freedoms. She currently works as the head of communications for the Cumbria and Lancashire Strategic Health Authority. She lives in Lancaster, where her husband is the vicar of St. Thomas.
