MELBA PADILLA MAGGAY (Ph.D.) is the founder and president of the Institute for Studies in Asian Church and Culture (ISACC) in Quezon City, Philippines. She is an anthropologist who specializes in intercultural communication and has served as a research fellow at the University of Cambridge under the auspices of Tyndale House. |
